Now serving as the Manager of the Pre-Litigation Section for the firm’s personal injury practice group, Estefany plays a critical leadership role in guiding cases from intake through early resolution. She oversees the pre-litigation process, ensuring that every case is organized, progressing efficiently, and positioned for the best possible outcome. From coordinating medical records to managing communication between clients, providers, and attorneys, she keeps every detail on track—while making sure clients always feel informed and supported.

Estefany began her legal career in property tax law before finding her calling in personal injury and criminal defense, where she could make a direct impact on people’s lives. Her ability to lead with both structure and empathy makes her an essential part of the firm’s success.

As a first-generation college graduate, Estefany’s journey reflects her determination and drive. She earned her associate degree in business from Dallas College before completing her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at UNT Dallas—an accomplishment that speaks to her commitment to growth and excellence.

Since joining the firm in 2017, Estefany has grown into a leadership role, becoming a cornerstone of the team known for her positivity, reliability, and dedication to both clients and colleagues.

Outside the office, Estefany spends as much time as she can with her family, often chasing after her kids, enjoying the outdoors, or planning her next adventure. Her energy, compassion, and ability to connect with others make her someone clients trust—and a leader her team depends on.
