Cindy Ensley

Cindy is an experienced and dedicated Senior Paralegal with Chris Lewis + Associates and has proven to be a very valuable member of our team. She brings over 25 years of experience to the firm, having previously worked as a paralegal in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation. and our clients quickly learn that Cindy is both a compassionate confidante and committed advocate.

Currently, Cindy is the lead paralegal assigned to the firm’s criminal defense practice group and works directly with attorneys Chris Lewis and Lukas Garcia. In that role, our clients quickly learn that Cindy is both compassionate and committed to helping them achieve the very best outcome in what can be a very stressful process. Cindy approaches every case with a high level of care and attention to detail.

Although Cindy loves helping our clients, what gives her the most joy is being Mom to Caleb (26) and Rebekah (24) and mother-in-law to Nicholas (24). In her spare time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her kids, antique shopping, traveling and enjoying life in every season.

Cindy is a graduate of Criswell College in Dallas, Texas. Regarding her passion for criminal defense, Cindy says, “During my summers in college I worked for a local criminal defense firm, and it immediately sparked excitement and a keen interest in how our criminal justice system works and how I might be able to help others navigate through this tumultuous and uncertain process.” As the saying goes, “the rest is history…”
